Managing PartnerDominik is a co-founder of Saski Partners. He has two decades of experience in investment banking, gained at international financial institutions. Dominik has advised on more than 50 projects including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and corporate development. He specialises in projects for the energy, IT, industrial manufacturing and logistics sectors.
Before founding Saski Partners, Dominik worked on investment-banking teams in InvestmentBank Austria, Schroders and Citigroup in Warsaw and London. He was the head of the Warsaw M&A team at Bank Handlowy, and later served with Tomasz Pasiewicz as co-head of Citigroup’s Polish investment banking team.

Managing PartnerTomasz is a co-founder of Saski Partners. During more than 20 years in investment banking he has advised on more than 50 projects such as mergers and acquisitions, and financing on the debt and equity markets. He specialises in transactions for the finance, media, telecommunications, IT and consumer goods industries.
Before founding Saski Partners he gained experience in Warsaw and London working in Schroders and Bank Handlowy, later moving on to co-lead (with Dominik Olszewski) Citigroup’s Warsaw-based investment banking team.

PartnerZbigniew has been a partner since 2011. He has many years of experience in corporate banking and in management of industrial companies, and has organised debt financing for enterprises from the steel, fuel, construction and manufacturing sectors. Zbigniew has a rich variety of experience in financial and asset restructuring.
He started his banking career in 1997 at Bank Handlowy in Katowice, where he was regional director for Poland’s industrial heartland. He later ran the Citigroup unit’s trade finance department and was responsible for the metal sector and extractive industries. Zbigniew has also worked at Bank Millennium as director of the strategic client department, and was CFO of the Polish white-goods producer Amica.

Senior AdviserMichał started cooperation with Saski Partners in 2016. He has many years of managerial experience with focus on creating new development strategies and restructuring. He worked in a variety of companies in industrial construction sector (special construction, pipelines, power generation in Poland and abroad), conventional and renewable power generation (Energa), and banking (BIG Bank Gdański). He has conducted financial and organisational restructuring of over 30 companies.
Managing DirectorMarzena began working with Saski Partners in 2013. Over the course of her extensive investment-banking career, she has advised on numerous public offerings and M&A transactions. Marzena began her career in Poland’s Treasury Ministry, which manages state-owned companies, before joining the investment-baking team at Schroders. Later, at Citigroup’s Bank Handlowy, she jointly managed the strategic client relationship team. At UniCredit’s CA IB Financial Advisers she oversaw capital-markets transactions, moving on to manage the M&A team at KBC Securities.
Vice PresidentAdam joined Saski Partners in 2015 after several years of working on transactions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where as a senior associate he advised clients on sales of companies and assets. Earlier he worked as an analyst in the anti-money laundering department of Citibank International.
Vice PresidentAnna has been with Saski Partners since 2014. She has several years of experience working on transactions at specialist M&A advisory firms such as Arlig Capital, Trigon Dom Maklerski and KPMG Corporate Finance. At Black Lion National Investment Fund, Anna was responsible for analysing projects and new investments.
Przemek joined the Saski Partners team in 2017. He began his career at Deutsche Bank, then in the corporate finance team at EY. Before that he also worked in a number of legal counsels, among others White & Case and Squire Patton Boggs.
